Our pork comes from pigs raised outdoors on lush pastures here in Wichita Falls, cared for by our family. Known to have increased nutrition and health benefits, pasture raised pork is a great source of quality meat for your family!
Pricing starts as follows:
Whole Pig (300-325 lbs of live weight): $5.99 / pound (Live weight) without processing
Half Pig (110-125 lbs of meat): $6.99 / pound (Live weight) without processing
After processing, our customers see an average cost per pound of meat at only $8.99 / Pound!!!
We are happy to provide recommendations for processors in the area for both custom processing and stamped processing. For those who may not know, custom processing is tailored to the customer and only for use by that customer; whereas, stamped processing may be sold to secondary customers. So, if you are freezing the meat for your family - Custom processing, but if you are serving the meat at your restaurant - Stamped processing.
