Farm Fresh Beef Shares

This is Pasture raised beef from our farm. No feed lots for these cows. Each cow on our farm is on pasture from the day we purchase them to the day they go to processing. We sell our beef as a deposit with a price per pound based on hanging weight not including processing. 

For our beef, our standard rate is $6.00/lb hanging weight. Military, First Responder, Teacher discount available on standard rate! Does not apply to sale rates.

Whole Share (around 450 lbs of meat in your freezer) - averages 720 pounds hanging weight (Custom Cut Sheet Available)

Half Share (around 225 lbs of meat in your freezer) - averages 360 pounds hanging weight (Standard Cut Sheet Only)

Quarter Share (around 112.5 lbs of meat in your freezer) - averages 180 pounds hanging weight (Standard Cut Sheet Only)

***We have a recommended processor we work with for both USDA inspected and non-inspected processing. Processing cost is to be paid by the customer. Customers purchasing half/quarter shares will split processing cost amongst other shareholders.***
